Sausage Links, money for nothing edition

By Clark Fredricksen

Was the latest Elway poll a little off? Released Monday, Aug. 4, the poll showed Democratic Gov. Chris Gregoire leading Republican challenger Dino Rossi by a whopping 16 points. Today, Seattle Post-Intelligencer columnist Joel Connelly says Elway "may be wrong." Meanwhile, both candidates are still sparring over Gregoire's recent accusations of racism in a Republican attack ad. Rossi, however, has responded by saying: How could the ads be racist? I'm part Native American myself. ...

The Seattle Times has endorsed incumbent Judge Robin Hunt to re-take her seat in the Division II Court of Appeals today, saying they didn't think her opponent, Tim Ford, was up for the job. Rating in Hunt's race a joke
Report a violationPosted by: The Hack on Aug 9, 2008 9:02 AM
The rating you site in Court of Appeals Judge Robin Hunt's race is a sham. Do your homework! Judge Hunt has been rated "Exceptionally Well Qualified" by the Washington State Prosecutors Association, Washington Women Lawyers, the Asian Judicial Evaluations Committee, the Latina/o Bar and the Loren Miller Bar. She is endorsed by every current Supreme Court Justice but Sanders (that alone should seal the deal) and by 100 other judges. Her BIAW supported opponent is not qualified. Take a look at voteforjudges.org and get the true picture.
